The music business is a difficult industry to enter regardless of age, ethnicity, or background now imagine putting a mental health challenge or disability on top of it. I sit down with Arthur Gwynne the operations manager for an organization called RAMPD or Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities as we discuss how the origination has grown over the last three years from an idea by Preforming artist Lachi to an organization that continues create accessible events, work with all kinds of musicians and even create an accessible stage at the Grammy's so anyone can be included. We also discuss how RAMPD will continue its mission to showcase disables as a part of culture rather then a label or a diagnosis.
