Greg and Karen Gaston started Southern Cross Support Services in Queensland back in 2011, where they created a strong base out of Bundaberg. Cheryl came in 6.5 years ago as CEO and has subsequently grown Southern Cross Support Services from under 200 staff to nearly 1,500 staff, expanding operations from 3 regional centres to a national organisation.
