On the next Startup Radio podcast, we chat with Coby Skonord, the founder of the Milwaukee-based tech startup Ideawake. Ideawake helps brands overcome the engagement gap by crafting unique plans combined with software to connect with those most important to their business. Coby shares his story of leaving his accounting job to start his company because of his passion of crowdsourcing. 

Ideawake has designed a management software that allows employees to share new business ideas with a company's executives and stakeholders. As Coby explains, they use employee knowledge of the business to surface 5% of ideas that will drive 95% of business results. The company also provides programs to help implement those ideas. 

Ideawake has also launched a challenge to the public where anyone can post ideas on ways we can reduce heroin overdose deaths in the City of Milwaukee and beyond for the chance to win prizes and recognition.
