Alexa Leary might be the feel-great sports story of 2024. Three years ago the Queenslander suffered a bike accident so bad that doctors did not expect her to survive. When she did, walking and talking were not considered likely. At this year's Paralympic Games she claimed two gold medals and won countless hearts with her brilliant swimming and incandescent personality so we wanted to relive it at least one more time.
