To kick off our show I invited Frank Spaulding- a jack of all trades to be on the first episode of the show. Frank is a real estate investor who lives in Jacksonville, Florida. Frank Talks about how he got started, what he was doing before real estate, and what he is getting into now. Touching on the subject of hard money lending Frank tells us he is a hard money broker for most states in the nation with many lending programs available for different needs. Towards the end we talk about what it takes to succeed and what it means to have your "why".
