Description

Jack Kammer, of Male Friendly Media, joined the show for a discussion about gender, with a primary focus on men and boys. The sad truth is men carry so much weight, and society places this expectation upon them. It's an unspoken sexism against men and boys.

With limited resources to turn to, Jack Kammer launched Male Friendly Media as a way to focus on the idea that men and boys have voices that need to be heard too. I loved this discussion and was brought to a realization that there is still so much work needed for his mission.

We also dove deep into topics such as men craving touch, men turning to sex workers for more than just sex, women using sex as a leverage, and valuing men as human.

Jack Kammer has a Masters in Social Work. He produced a radio show from 1983 to 1989 called "In a Man's Shoes," as well as published a book called "If Men Have All the Power How Come Women Make the Rules." In 2012, Jack Kammer was named the Outstanding Recent Graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
