These are life’s hard conversations about healing from trauma and learning from life and where he is and how he handles it and what it feels like to heal from the pain of an absent parent, childhood, breakups with his first love. It was an impromptu conversation but so many can benefit and begin to see that you aren’t alone. When we uplift each other we all rise, we all heal, we all win.
