The appeal and attraction to the “hood” and all it consist of, baffles me. I don’t understand why so many want IN when all we wanted was OUT. The ability to share instantly or broadcast from wherever and whenever are contributors to this appeal. I was raised in South Central LA, firsthand experience is priceless, the street smarts that you gain cannot be taught in a class. You have to had been there, gone through the trials and tribulations. There is no other way. People don’t realize that, you can’t just want to be a native or a part of all the hood is made of, there is no ticket or wrist bad or stamp.
