This is a phenomenal story.
"Reasoning to Live" is an extraordinary book. I've never read a story quite like this one. I had to keep reminding myself that it's based on a true story because it's so far removed from anything I've ever known. It's exceptionally well-written; the author never leaves the reader feeling as if he's struggling to find the right words because the story is coming straight from his heart.
Though the book ends with a feeling that Tuneson Ruh is still suffering, it also feels as if the story is far from over. I wonder if maybe Tuneson's reasoning to live is a decision he makes on a daily basis. However, there's hope in the courage and strength he's gained and in the unshakeable friendships which now grace his life.
This is a must-read. I highly recommend this book. Buy it as a gift for someone you care about and also buy a copy for yourself. It truly is a phenomenal story.
