Redgie Probst the former COO of Quanta Services and one of the founders of the Old West Futurity. For those who don't know, Quanta Services is the largest craft labor force in North America, They are the uniting force behind over 200 companies and over 60,000 employees who deal with all things energy, including electric, gas, pipelines, data centers, and more. In the recent past, Quanta has invested in rodeo at all levels because they see that the values of the people in the western industry align perfectly with theirs.

Redgie has also played a huge roll in getting the Old West Rope Horse Futurity up and running. They are adding a horse sale to their list of events with incentives for horses purchased at the sale that it sure to make big waves in the futurity world and beyond.
