The Tokyo Olympics and Paralympic Games were like no other Games in history - the uncertainty, complexity and challenge created by covid in the build up to and during the Games created a set of very unique conditions for all involved. Katherine, from her position working with the ParalympicsGB staff and leadership team in the build up to the Games, and then as part of the core team at the Games, reflects on what we can learn from the extraordinary Tokyo Games.
