Rejoicing in Righteous Suffering (1Peter 4:12-19)
Description
As Christians, we can experience a multitude of persecutions, and Christians all over the world experience suffering as a result of their faith. In this sermon, Pastor Christopher talks about the Situation, the Cause, and the Response a Christian goes through and should have when they experience persecution and suffering. He breaks down the meaning of persecution, and how it can be proof of God's spirit. Finally, he shares with us a passage concerning Peter's martyrdom and the preparation of persecution. What is the practice Peter instructs us to have when we suffer? What is the difference between Worldly Suffering and Eternal Suffering? Listen to learn more!
