For 41 years, including 38 with the Duluth News Tribune, John Myers has shared other people’s stories. In this special bonus episode of the Duluth News Tribune Minute, John shares his story as the longtime journalist will soon hang up his reporter notebook, with his last day being Friday, Sept. 6, 2024.
Ahead of his last day, John and digital producer Dan Williamson sat down - with microphones - on Tuesday, August 27 for a fun chat. In recent years, Myers has written about the outdoors, natural resources and the environment. But those are just some of the many topics that he’s reported on.
