About Paul Hargreaves 


Paul is one of our very experienced trainers, and he strives to make all learning as personal as possible. He is a facilitator, coach (ILM level 5) and actor specialising in behavioural change.


Paul lives in the Cotswolds where he enjoys open water swimming, canoeing, cycling and walking the dog, Fern, with his wife Jayne. He goes to the gym with his three sons who keep him on track with his least favourite gym activity – weights!
