Resolving Professional Differences
Description
Get in touch with us at The P Pod
In todays episode I speak with two of my colleagues from the SSCP Business Unit, Jasmine Wark, Business Unit Manager, and Nicole Wooldridge, Project Support Officer where we discuss Resolving Professional Differences (RPD's) - in other words, what you need to do if you have concerns that action being taken, or not taken, places a child at increased risk of harm (known in some parts of the country as an Escalation Policy).
We hear from both of my guests about what Resolving Professional Differences is, why we have it, the themes from learning when there has been professional disagreement and what exactly happens when someone submits an RPD.
Jasmine also puts Steve on the spot with a quickfire round of what he would do in various situations!
