In this episode, I have the honor to hear the identity journey of Mike Holmes. Mike has an extensive background in construction and was a Professor for 15 years. He is now excelling at retirement by doing what is interesting, challenging, purposeful, and fun. Mike has completed multiple ultra distances including the Western States 100 Endurance run. His journey has been shaped by responsibility, tragedy and disappointment.
