I recently posted on linked in asking the question - are you working from an identity or for an identity? As we go through life we seem to layer labels, roles and identities on top of one another.
When we work 'from' we are in flow, in touch with ourselves, strong.
This is a quick episode of my musings on identity. Maybe we need to kill some off?
