1. Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee; 
Let the water and the blood, from Thy wounded side which flowed, 
Be of sin the double cure; save from wrath and make me pure. 

2. Not the labors of my hands can fulfill Thy law’s demands; 
Could my zeal no respite know, could my tears forever flow, 
All for sin could not atone; Thou must save, and Thou alone. 

3. Nothing in my hand I bring, simply to the cross I cling; 
Naked, come to Thee for dress; helpless, look to Thee for grace; 
Foul, I to the fountain fly; wash me, Savior, or I die. 

4. While I draw this fleeting breath, when mine eyes shall close in death, 
When I soar to worlds unknown, see Thee on Thy judgment throne, 
Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee. 

万古磐石

1. 万古磐石为我开，容我藏身在主怀，

兵丁举枪伤主胁，同时流出水和血，

双重医治我罪过，罪刑，罪权皆得脱。

2. 纵然勤劳不罢休，亦不能达主要求，

纵然心能以持久，纵眼泪永远淌流，

仍不能赎我罪尤，惟有主能施拯救。

3. 两手空空到主前，只有依紧十架边，

赤身求主赐衣服，无依靠望主恩勖，

污秽奔至活泉旁，求主洗我免灭亡。

4. 当我今生年日逝，到临终双目垂闭，

当飞上华美天堂，觐见主在宝座上，

万古磐石为我开，容我藏身在主怀。
