Description

Rocket Lab successfully launched iQPSs QPS-SAR-fourteen satellite, Yachihoko-I, on November sixth. This marks the sixth mission for iQPS and the seventy-fourth for Rocket Lab. The Electron rocket carried the satellite from New Zealand, aiming to join the QPS-SAR constellation. iQPS plans to build a network of thirty-six SAR satellites, providing near real-time images every ten minutes. Yachihoko-I is the thirteenth iQPS satellite to reach orbit, despite its name suggesting the fourteenth.
