A few weeks back, we made our way to Nashville for Rock N Pod 2025—and now that the dust has settled, we’re ready to look back at the whirlwind.

The convention was packed with energy—podcasters, musicians, and fans all coming together for a weekend full of conversations, connections, and a whole lot of rock and roll spirit.

Along the way, we had the chance to meet some incredible guests:

• Hal Sparks, always sharp, always entertaining;
• Brian Slagel, the metal mastermind behind Metal Blade Records;
• Ron Keel, the one and only Metal Cowboy;
• Brian Forsythe of Kix, still keeping the riffs alive;
• Robert Fleischman, whose voice helped launch Journey into the spotlight;
• Keith Roth, a staple of the rock scene both on-air and onstage;
• and Tuk Smith, a modern rocker with classic roots.

We also met some newer names to keep an eye on, including Nashville’s own The Hungry and Dangerous and Australian artist Ainsley, both of whom brought some fresh energy to the weekend.
