The Rococo String Quartet is one of London’s most requested String Quartets. The ensemble incorporates world-class string based female musicians for all kinds of events.
They are passionate about offering the highest level of musicality and elegant presentation. They ensure that your entertainment radiates perfection and becomes the personalized event you deserve.
Rococo have performed for many well-established artists and venues, both within the UK and internationally. They were chosen to compose and perform a modern symphony for strings and voice on BBC television . They perform regularly at events ranging from weddings and corporate functions to parties, recordings and television appearances. The String Quartet were chosen to back Katie Melua for her European Tour between October and November 2012.

Having played for the Man Booker Prize Awards, the Monte Carlo Television Festival and the National Music Awards in London, Rococo are highly experienced at performing for all kinds of events, and are dedicated to ensuring that their programme creates the perfect atmosphere for your guests. Rococo have performed recitals aboard Holland America’ s and Cunard’ s luxury cruise ships; at prestigious venues such as the Grosvenor House and Hilton on Park Lane hotels; and at Westminster Abbey. Rococo have also been invited to perform alongside a host of well-known popular artists, such as Jesse J, Enya, Rod Stewart and Stereophonics.
All Rococo artists have been classically trained at respected conservatoires and are renowned for their stunning attention to appearance and detail.
Rococo have a wide and varied repertoire, incorporating classical, opera, jazz and pop, and are dedicated to helping you find the perfect music for your event. They are happy to search for music that is not on their current repertoire lists, and can even offer to arrange music that is not in print. They have arranged music by artists such as Snow Patrol, Robbie Williams and The Feeling, and have built up an enviable reputation for performing arrangements of such modern classics.
Rococo can perform in various costumes, including 18 century period dress, oompah girls in dirndls and various others when having themed events. Additional fees apply for themed dressing.
Weddings
Rococo regularly perform at wedding ceremonies, civil partnerships and receptions. They have an extensive repertoire from which to choose, ranging from classical to pop, and are happy to discuss repertoire ideas to ensure the perfect event. Rococo can offer a string duo, trio or quartet and are always glad to offer advice on which group may best suit your event. Whichever Rococo ensemble you choose, their commitment to excellence and professionalism will enhance the elegance and beauty of your special day.
