Finished with Fort Rannick, the group sets about repairing the outpost, while revisiting Turtleback Ferry, and dealing with an unnatural rain storm and its effects.  With prompting from the town, the group splits up, part to investigate the Skull’s Crossing dam and any possible storm damage, while another part heads deep into the Shimmerglens to investigate rumors of Fae activity and possibly located Lamatar, the missing Black Arrow commander.
