Caroline Barker is joined by Jordan Nobbs and Nikita Parris as they chat all things settling in, rotating and retirement!

The pair give an update on how life’s been since joining their new clubs and embedding into their new teams. Nikita opens up on how hard it was for her when she moved to Lyon and how she looks to use her experiences moving abroad to help new players like Grace Geyoro settle in. 

Squad rotation is sometimes seen as an ‘uncomfortable’ subject and Jordan and Keets look at which players are more likely to be impacted by rotation and exactly why managers shake up squads to help with injury and form. They finish off reflecting on their England memories with Millie Bright as she announces her international retirement and analyse why Sarina will be starting Maya le Tissier in right back for England.
