In this episode of Rule Breaker, Style Maker, Lauren welcomes Molly and Emma, whose careers have seen them go from Occupational Therapists to fashion designers. As co-founders of inclusive fashion brand JAM the label, they were inspired by their work as disability support workers, JAM is designed with people with disability in mind, amplifying the the message that everyone deserves the opportunity to look and feel good in the clothes they wear. Molly and Emma delve into the importance of inclusion in the fashion industry, starting a clothing business without a background in fashion, and how their design process is equally about function and style.
