Runner's Roost in Orchard Park and now with a new location on transit in East Amherst, has become one of a handful of business brands in WNY that far exceed their demographic and specific industry. The brand has become synonymous with WNY in the same way Mighty Taco and Bert's Bikes and Ted's and so many others have become. It's been around for decades and the good will the shop and it's owners have spread throughout the community for so many years, is in fact, why I think the store and the brand have manged to make such an important impact in the community here. I sat down with the owner, Rob, early one morning, in the backroom of the Orchard Park location as the employees were starting to come in for their shifts, to talk about all things Runner's Roost, life, business and the all things WNY...
