Springville True Value is a third generation family business that has been part of the fabric of the Village Community in Springville for decades and has seen the ups and downs of not only the Village itself but like any long-term WNY business, the region as a whole. Springville is a town that is truly coming into it's own with a resurgence of new, young entrepreneurs taking the helm and guiding the town into a very bright future. And my guest today, Luke is doing just that with Springville True Value. If you haven't been to the town in awhile, I can only urge you to get down there the next time you're feeling the urge for a nice weekend drive. Luke, along with his parents and grandparents have owned the store since 1986 and are doing a truly wonderful job and and even have a fourth generation now coming into the fold...

SMALL TOWN NY: Fresh off the hot-heels of the pandemic and my initial PBS travel show, "Discovering WNY", "Small Town NY" is my second PBS series that finds me exploring small towns throughout the entire state. And while you'll still find the more popular destinations on the show, I'll mostly be digg'n deep and "Discovering" the lesser-known and off-the-beaten-path small towns that I believe, truly deserve a visit or two.

DISCOVERING WNY: The first version of the show was an interstitial (between the shows) PBS series that primarily featured small WNY towns, while the older show was a half-hour, small business profile series featuring local "Mom & Pop Shops" on 4 WNY commercial stations.

SUPER KIDS SHOW: These are my three retro-style, 1950s-1970s influenced shows kids TV series that were eventually combined into one awesome show called "The Kids Super Show" that continued until 2017 when I began producing regional travel shows.
