Cristine Agresta, MPT, PhD of the University of Washington is our guest for this Mountain Land Running Medicine Podcast. Dr. Agresta is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Physical Therapy in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington and Affiliate Faculty in the Department of Kinesiology at Seattle University. Her research focuses on developing assessment and monitoring techniques that improve clinical decision-making regarding athlete care and athletic performance.
