Facepunch Studios, creators of Rust, implemented a full blueprint wipe across all servers, removing player structures and crafting blueprints, to restore the games progression experience. The decision came after a mixed reception to a new blueprint fragment system. While this is a one-time event, the developers are considering making it regular, depending on player feedback. The update also included smaller changes like improved box sorting and new mini-fridge for perishable items.
