It's been 329 days since Pat Hobbs resigned as AD at Rutgers and the search to replace him remains ongoing. With revenue sharing in place and more changes still to come, the Scarlet Knights are falling behind every day they are without a leader. A discussion on the frustrations of where Rutgers isn't right now, looking at other schools who have filled AD positions very quickly as well as new President Tate needing to step up right away and create alignment throughout the administration.
