The iconic independent cinema, which recently hosted a screening of Ghostbusters: The Preview Cut presented by Gil Kenan and Jason Reitman, is facing an uncertain future following a move by landlords to include a six month redevelopment clause in their current lease.
This could give the landlord the right to redevelop the site, and give the cinema the minimum amount of time to attempt to find a new home.
