It might be cheating a bit to start off with our very own, Fraser Franks, but he's had one hell of a year and there's a lot to discuss.

He talks about open heart surgery but we then go on to discuss some of the incredible positive experiences he has had in the last year and there are also some hints about the guests that will follow, starting next week.

This episode was recorded at the Anfield Wrap's studio in Liverpool, as we had been due to meet a future guest there but he was poorly.
