In this episode we will be talking about the different types of support groups that are offered not only here at the WGAC but also in general. Support groups can be a great way for survivors to be in community with one another, to be around folks who “get it.” There are a tons of support groups out there listen to this episode to see if a particular style of group sounds right for you.
