Joan & Jane, better known as the Therapy Twins, have been psychiatric nurse practitioners for over 20 years. They studied at Columbia University & are published in peer reviewed journals in the US & England. They also very much understand on a personal level depression, anxiety and all the fun mental health issues a lot of us suffer. Since 2020 they've taken much of what they learned over the years, left their day jobs, and figured out a way to add humor to this delicate subject with their writings and comedy tours.
