Hafrun Zsoldos joins Denise Joy Thompson, host of Your Global Voice -- Voices of Women, to discuss her experiences of growing up in Iceland, building several businesses and now focusing on helping women to truly connect with their inner self. Hafrun discusses how growing up around strong women has helped her to deal with difficulties and even leave an abusive relationship. Hafrun knows women can achieve gender equality, especially when embracing and living with their strength and abilities.

Hafrun grew up on a large farm in Iceland where she learned the importance of a strong work ethic. She went on to revolutionize the beauty industry of Iceland at the age of 19 in 1989 with her unconventional methods of waxing, slimming, permanent make-up and detox massage.

She is a mother of 4 and has much experience with helping women with troubled pasts both with relationships and with themselves by helping them come out of addictive patterns and co-dependancy. She has completed many programs of certification in giving direction to entrepreneurial individuals looking to expand their business horizons. She is also an expert in the 12 step program, branding with archetypes and money mindsets.

She is currently certifying women in Goddess Yoga International and supports them in building their business. Being a multi-passionate business owner and coach, she uses all her personal experience and knowledge to serve her clients on a very deep spiritual level, bridging spirituality to business. Helping others stay in alignment with what they are here to deliver is her life's work.
