Welcome to the very first episode of Dear Future Boss! 

This podcast is one part of a larger project started by Eira Joy Aringay, founder and director of The Mentorship, a social enterprise based in Melbourne Australia, dedicated to educating and empowering a new generation of creative thinkers and makers.

Upon leaving her corporate media job to venture into the unknown world of entrepreneurship, Eira felt compelled to document her past experiences and life lessons, with hope that it might help those also facing self-doubt and uncertainty about their future.

This introductory episodes gives you a glimpse into the struggle that initially inspired the project and what Dear Future Boss hopes to achieve as we move forward into a new decade!
