Erica discusses her amazing insight into her study and work with Dance for Peace Building and working with communities using this art form to open dialogue and discussion. Erica also discusses the importance of dancers being able to intrinsically define within themselves what success is for them and the importance of learning how to learn as a life skill and continually seeking to expand her knowledge.
