S13 Day 36 - Luminous Mysteries in Thanksgiving
Description
Hello family, and welcome to day 36 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m so happy you’re here today.
Before we begin, I want to ask you something from the heart. Our next season will begin during Lent, from February 18th to April 2nd, and I would love to know:
What should our main intention be for next season?
If you feel called, please send me an email at prayers@54daysofroses.com and let me know what intention you would like us to pray for together as a family.
Today, we reflect on finding joy in simplicity.
So much of our world tells us that we need more to be happy, more things, more success, more noise, more activity.
But God often meets us in the simple moments: A quiet cup of coffee in the morning, a walk outside, a smile from a stranger, a deep breath after a long day, a single Hail Mary whispered from the heart.
Joy is not always found in big events. Many times, it’s hidden in the small, ordinary moments where we slow down enough to notice God’s presence.
Simplicity helps clear the clutter inside our hearts. It makes space for gratitude. It reminds us that God is enough, and with Him, we already have what we truly need.
Today, let our prayer be: “Lord, help me find joy in the simple things, and see Your presence in my ordinary day.”
If you are keeping up with your journal, ask yourself: what is one simple moment, habit, or blessing in my day where I can slow down and notice God’s love more clearly?
Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, today we thank God for the simple graces that carry us through each day, for breath, for hope, for faith, for another chance to love.
We pray in thanksgiving and in trust, believing that God is already at work in our lives.
Today we especially pray for all the intentions we have received this season through Instagram, email, and YouTube, the intentions of everyone listening right now, those praying for healing, freedom, peace, and deeper faith, all families represented in this novena, and every hidden intention that has not been spoken out loud but is known completely by God.
Blessed Mother, hold each intention close to your Immaculate Heart and bring it with love to Jesus.
With love,
Maritza Mendez.
