It’s my great pleasure to welcome Merriah Fairchild to the show today.



Merriah is the mother of 2 daughters and works as a lactation consultant and postpartum doula.



In addition to working directly with new families, Merriah also owns her own postpartum doula business, Bridgetown Baby, with 10 additional doulas on her team.



Merriah never expected to run her own business.



But after having kids she wanted more time flexibility, and decided to leave her job in progressive politics to become her own boss.



I know from personal experience (having her work with us when my son was born) that Merriah is AMAZING at what she does.



She doesn’t just do the work, but brings extra care and attention to the little details that make all the difference in that crazy adjustment time after a new baby is born.
