Madillo Tlholohelo Mofokeng is a Unisa LLB Graduate. As a student Ms Mofokeng was involved in numerous law student structures. She became Deputy Chairperson of Unisa Law Student Association for the year 2016/2017. She is also a former branch secretary of the Tshwane Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter for the year 2017/2018.

During her final year of studies she joined Mashabela IP Attorneys as an intern, The first black owned IP firm in South Africa.

In November 2018 she was elected as the first President of SABWiL Alumni working her way to become director of the SABWiL NPC. She currently holds the position of a COO in the
Organization.

Ms Mofokeng is a candidate Attorney at Shandu Attorneys Incorporated, a law firm in Sandton which specializes in corporate and commercial law.
