We are living through interesting times. Geopolitical unrest, coupled with inflationary pressures predominantly from disruptions in the global supply chain and a lack of available workforce, is taking its toll on the economy. The commercial real estate market is filled with uncertainty as a result. So far, these impacts have been minimal and somewhat indirect to industrial real estate.
