He also highlighted the increasing movement of renters towards the South and Midwest, and the decline in demand for vacation homes. Joseph then shifted the discussion to the use of AI in real estate, stating that investors are leveraging AI to gain a competitive edge over traditional agents, particularly in identifying off-market deals. He emphasized that while traditional agents still have strengths, the real estate investor has adopted AI tools faster and is better equipped to uncover and act on more off-market deals.
