Description

Historically, George Washington was the only President to have sworn in six Supreme Court justices within the span of one ceremony.  Washington realized that feat with the inaugural opening of the Supreme Court in 1789.  But this morning, with previous Congressional approval to expand the court to fifteen members; President Ahmed tied the former President’s two hundred and thirty-six year old milestone, and administered the oath of office to six new jurist appointed to sit in judgement over the intent and meaning of the United States Constitution.
