This is the start of a mini-series where we will have a co-host Penny Keogh. Penny is co-founder of IFAD - the Illawarra Festival of Architecture and Design.

Looking around the suburbs of Illawarra lately, with more and more people moving in, there are more and more clever and beautiful homes going up. But who is designing these magnificent homes?
