It all started with a country ham biscuit and the rest, as they say, is history.  From her award-winning PBS series, now in its 2nd season, to her cookbooks, cooking classes, and a plethora of buttery creations, Carrie Morey is serving up sweet and savory delights all across the country and doing it all with a smile and oodles of positive energy.

Carrie started out in education and soon learned the business route was best for her specifically scaling her mother Callie's ham biscuit recipe for all the world to enjoy.  And boy, are we glad she did!
