I am not going to beat a dead horse, I am not going to beat a dead horse (why do people say that anyway)?

OK  so this week's episode is the first episode I ever recorded (back in June). I didn't know what I was doing (I still don't know what I am doing) but fortunately I chose one of my closest friends to be my podcast guinea pig. I had microphones I had no clue how to use,  I was in the same room as my guest which posed its own issues... basically, I was winging it because there is always a first for everything & I had to start somewhere. Thankfully this podcast is not about me, it is about all you humans out there who have stories to tell. Did I have to add this information? Yes, because I am also human, I am not perfect (never want to be) and there are flaws & growing pains that come along with anything new we decide to embark on. This is proof. This is raw, this is NOT perfect, but it is REAL. Not everything has to be polished for the world to see, sometimes it is the imperfections that tell the true stories & make us feel seen & heard.
