This is a #MiddayMondayMeditation that I just HAD TO get off my chest. This rant is under 15 minutes and on the power of saying no. We always talk about the power of yes and showing up - but that only benefits The Man. I challenge you to say no to 3 things this week and give you examples from the real to the jk on what you can say no to this week. Leave people on read, especially if they open an email with "Hey girly!" (or other infuriating openers). PSA: I take no responsibility for the consequences in your life! Reclaim your time - just because it's quarantine doesn't mean people can feel entitled to what's yours.
