Entitled, or not to be entitled! That is the topic of our conversation today.
- I'm entitled to work from home
- I'm entitled to receive a higher pay
- I'm entitled to do whatever I want to do
- I'm entitled to decide .......
We all are allowed to have our opinions, and share our preferences. The question we are trying to answer is if our (perceived) entitlements are not getting in the way of business in the new world? Are we too focused on employee well-being versus business well-being? And how do we make sure that the right people stay onboard? And help others to find the right company for them?
PJ and I work in the area of Purpose LED Change. During a peer-to-peer brainstorm, we touched on the topic of Entitlements. We love to hear your insights on this topic.
