Our special guest is Dr. Jason Williams, a passionate activist criminologist whose work is guided by his realist ideals.   He is deeply concerned about racial disparity, which can be found throughout much of his work. He is also a professor for Montclair State University. Dr. Williams brings his expertise to the podcast to speak on how social justice helps frame how we lead, and how we can use this unique moment in time to hone our leadership skills!
