Description

This episode focuses on health disparities within the black and brown communities in the US, following the covid-19 pandemic and the Black Lives Matter protests. This past summer has revealed how deeply rooted system racism is within the country, primarily within our healthcare infrastructure. Kyah Harris, current student pursuing a Masters in Public Health and fellow creative, joins me to talk about her own experiences in school and as well as her own insight on what it means to be anti-racist and an ally.
