In this episode we speak with our first Emirati, Ahmad AlNuaimi who is a man of many talents: a Spartan Ambassador, Rescue Diver and an athlete whose day job is in IT.

We get to hear about local Emirati cultures and Ahmad's family life as well as exploring his indurance and passion for sport.

Ahmad has featured in Spartan racing and is now an Ambassador, he has a passion for training and we get to hear what his children think of joining him in the gym.
